Her Excellency Sheila Sealy Monteith, High Commissioner of Jamaica to Canada, will be joining the Honourable Doug Horner, Deputy Premier of Alberta and Minister of Advanced Education and Technology, in a plenary interview on the Importance of Internationalization as an Essential Building Block to Quality in 21st Century Education, with an emphasis on the Americas. Phil Semas, President and Editor in Chief of The Chronicle of Higher Education will be asking the questions.
