During this inaugural plenary session, organized in the form of a discussion panel, will bring together education ministers and top-level representatives from various regions of the continent and beyond, to share with our audience the ways in which they are advancing innovation through higher-education and contribute to the construction of an equitable and sustainable future.
This session will be presided by Min. MARÍA VICTORIA ANGULO GONZÁLEZ, Minister of National Education and Honorary President of CAEI Colombia-2019, Colombia (CONF) accompanied by fellow representatives for foreign governments.
