IMG_9487The registration to the Fourth Edition of the Conference of the Americas on International Education (CAIE), which will take place from October 20-22, 2015, in Quito, Ecuador, is now open and available through our virtual platform at: .

This time, registered Conference participants will automatically have access to the new CAIE Networking platform, which was specially developed for the fourth edition, and allows, in its turn, the creation of a contacts network, in both professional and institutional levels, in order to promote collaboration and exchange successful experiences and avant-garde ideas.

As an essential forum for stakeholders in Higher Education that fosters fruitful dialogues and debates, aiming to contribute to the internationalization and quality of Higher Education, the CAIE develops, since its beginning, a dynamic platform, that, in addition to the referred Networking, consists of a 12 webinars series and five pre-congress.

In this context, the CAIE is pleased to announce that the first phase of its webinar series was successfully accomplished, thanks to its 117 participants from 12 countries and the invaluable experience and collaboration of the lecturers and moderators; all of them, executives and renowned experts, leaders and managers related to the internationalization of higher education in their respective institutions.

On the other hand, the CAIE pre-conferences began last November. The first one was held at the Universidad Central del Ecuador, with the support and coordination of the Public Company YACHAY, E.P. These events were planned to encourage the promotion of the debate and the analysis of the Conferences core theme: “The Internationalization of Innovation, Science and Technology: Building an Inter-American Agenda”.

Thus, the CAIE-Ecuador 2015 aims to continue the achievements of the previous three editions: Canada-2010, Brazil-2012, Mexico-2013, which registered the participation of 2316 experts, over 330 institutions and organizations per edition, 550 speakers and 164 academic activities, along with the representation of 52 countries and 5 continents.
