Carol P. Fimmen is the Director of International Programs at the College of Southern Nevada spearheading study abroad programs, international student services, and international development and workforce training, international. During her extensive international education experience, Ms. Fimmen has served on international organizations and boards and as a consultant to the Asian Development Bank Institute, the American Council on Education and the Consortium for North American Higher Education Collaboration, among others. Ms. Fimmen has administered a variety of international initiatives including study abroad programs, curriculum development, faculty and student exchanges and professional and academic programs. Her work has been recognized in the development of new alliances and expanded collaborative partnerships with domestic and international colleges and universities, government
and non-governmental agencies and the business community. Ms. Fimmen has also been a recipient of several national and international awards.
